- Students should address their teachers and all the members of the school with respect. They should behave well on their way to and from the school and at all other time.
- Pupils should take care of the school's property. Any damage caused to the property of the school must be repaired/ replaced by the candidate itself. Fines may be levied for not adhering to the rules.
- Every pupil should take part in the school activities according to their aptitude.
- Parents are not allowed to meet their ward or interview teachers during the school hours without the prior permission of the principal.
- Class work, home work and other assignments should be completed punctually and neatly.
- Pupils must develop neatness and sincerity in their work and appearance.
- No pupil, suffering from any form of communicable disease should be sent to school. A medical certificate is required for re-joining of school after recovering from such diseases.
- Promotion or failure is decided by the principal on the basis of the performance and marks obtained by the candidate during the entire academic year.
Attendance
- Every pupil must attend the school regularly and must be present on the closing and re-opening dates before/after summer, festive and winter vacations.
- Leave will be sanctioned by the principal if the reason for leave is found genuine.
- The school gate will be closed after the assembly bell. Those who arrive late will not be allowed to attend the school on that day. All candidated are advised to report to school before timing and must attend the assembly.
- Students are not allowed to leave the school campus without the written permission of the principal.
- Regular attendance will be taken into consideration at the time of promotion.
Withdrawls
- Transfer certificate will be issued after a written application and the requisite fee is received from the parent. Before withdrawing a student from the school a notice should be brought to the school one month prior or a month fee in lieu of notice.
- No transfer certificate will be issued until all the dues have been cleared.
- No transfer certificate will be given to a candidate whose name has already been struck off the rolls.
- A pupil's name will be struck off the rolls, if:
- the pupil fails the examination for two successive years.
- the pupil fails thrice in his/her overall academics.
- the pupil's conduct is unsatisfactory.
- the pupil is absent from school for an indefinite period without the written permission from the school.
- the pupil persists in irregular attendance.
- the school fees remain unpaid for two consecutive months.
- a parent misbehaves with any member or staff of the school.
